Good work environment and culture.teammates and the management is transparent company good opportunity and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

Worst HR management, ladies centric HR, a good company for uneducated peoples. If your are professionals, pls dont put your head into this. A management with cheap attitude and cheap culture.

6 days work for a corporate office. If its 5 days work it would be more productive in staffs working because almost 75% of staffs are not a native of tirupur. So it might be helpful for a work life balance.
