Time to time salary, food accommodation for all, insurance policy including parants, increment time to time. If late increment management will given with arrears.

Not sufficient staff for work activitys, not sufficient labour for work activitys, only one man army, for all work activities. no supervisors, no juniors like Engineers, no GET at all Ramky,

...re is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
