This organisation has multi level expertise combined with dedicated volunteers, which has made the Institution capable to adequately response to rural problems in the areas of WASH, Agriculture, Education, skill development. RKMLSP is a learning organisation, which has a strong research background. In planning and implementation of any development programme, RKMLSP entirely banks on the team work, group cohesion, high motivation, dedication and commitment. All staffs and volunteers are always ready to work in mission mode.

Dislikes

Basically this organisation renders Philanthropic service in the field of development. It stresses on Volunteerism; the presence of Professionalism in its in planning and implementation is nominal. They don't have performance appraisal system thus career growth is always at risk; here in-service training depends on the availability of funds, thus staff training in various department is different in terms of intensity and coverage. Staffs are getting paid according to the sanctions of projects and availability of funds. Here, Training programmes are not taking place in regular basis for all staffs. It always depends upon the project design and fund support.
