Everything, director's directly involved for every customers. Construction was delayed due to director's not given payments to vendor and he is pressurized to collect amount if not happen then abuse to staff, HR not supporting for anything, ther is no hygiene facility for female staff. People get sick, complain to HR but there is no response. I will never suggest anyone to join this company... Even the company is just hell... If you want to leave the company then director's Threatening to you, by saying will give you legal notice if your trying to leave... And HR also say yes will do...😂 There is no professional people.

The sales team at the Rama Metrolife site was really very nice. All the staff were very helpful except for the Director of the Sales, he is too much of bossy.

Director of sales, never listen to anyone suggestion. He has an attitude of been bossy and as boss is alway right with his half cooked knowledge .

Some Workers & Sr Employees are not behave good each other while working together .. because of some Senior's political things environment makes spoil and innocent employees leaving their job honestly .. some Seniors with Good position they treat badly while targeting innocent employee.
