Only salary is not effect Job satisfaction. Hare employee is very good and owner also very good and culture is also excellent. Only self motivational employee can satisfy with this company. 1

Company is very good. Very good thinking for company future growth. Even Green field project company trying to give facilities to employee as per possible.

Salary is very very bad, Hr policy is bad so sad. Salary unnecessary cut under policy. Management need understand who are actually working in floor.

In the view of work life balance and company culture it's good, but in Salary side it's much good because at the time of recruitment HR team ask high package but at time of final selection they negotiate and not provide that they were ask.
