...w, working environment/culture is good but management system is not up to mark. Company policies are very terrible, appraisals are not fair and they give very low salary hike.

Management system, appraisal policy, salary, working hours are very terrible. Career growth is too slow. Management only offers good salary packages to the employees who came from reputed tyre industry.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

In the view of work life balance and company culture it's good, but in Salary side it's much good because at the time of recruitment HR team ask high package but at time of final selection they negotiate and not provide that they were ask.
