Staff people are supportive.

... management. Transportation is also paid. Staff bus never leave company on time. No proper structure regarding leaves and salary structure. Salary range is low. No appreciation and motivation regarding work done. Have to Submit the original mark-sheets and Have to pay bond money to get back the original documents.

Here we can learn so many things regarding our field, production team environment is very good and all production manager also very helpful.

Dislikes

Company culture & work life balance very bad. They don't give any facility to production engineers. No good food, not even good washroom. no any other help only we are workers here for them. There are to much partiality for production.
