It is a govt institute but most of posts are on contract basis.no certain rules are present to give annual increments and satisfied salary.It is suitable for freshers to get experience and for women candidates.

Friendly employee relations junior staff and senior staff help you at times of trouble shooting It is said if you enjoy your work every day is holiday it is true in RGUKT BASAR case.Being a workoholic I enjoyed 12 years of residential campus having 9000 students.
