There are so many things I like....mostly our boss was too friendly such as my guardian. He motivates us every time when we nervous and confused. Office culture is too good all the members are supporty. I don't want to leave this company but my career goal is to be a pure civil engineer. Now I working in a construction company "s.r construction" is a new delhi's conpany. Project is going on name is "HOTEL POLO TOWER" in tripura agartala.

Companies grwth is slow. Reduces the salary if I absent . Except that Nothing is to dislikes.

Their KABADIWALA mentality of not paying salary to their employees in time

This organization does not give salaries to their employees in time and also hire a new set of employees after every six months. This is the nature of the company. Mr. rajesh Sharma, the director of the company and his core team do not have any professional ethics and they force their employees to leave the organization by not paying salaries. They don't even pay salaries to the employees who are leaving the organization and does not use any payment mode for salaries except cash. That means they disown their employees. It is very unprofessional and unacceptable attitude None of the HR consultant should destroy the career of any job seekers by recruiting for such "KABADIWALA" kind of organization to maintain their own reputation in HR consultancy. For job seekers, don't get attracted by the paid reviews on job portals and social media. This is not a trustworthy and prospective organization for the career aspirants.
