Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

This company is dealer of Cummins engines and L&T HEAVY EARTH MOVERS MACHINES LIKE KOMATSU AND LNT. I AM working with LNT division as a field service engineer . Our responsibility is to solve the trouble shooting of that machine and maintain that . That machine has hydraulic system and engine side . . .Our full responsibility is to satisfy the customers.
