Company formation is very good, One of the best company in Hyderabad MD is very good person, In-time salary.

Dislikes

Everybody favour his staff, Real working staff have no respect, Site Management is worst, Ranga reddy worst behaviour, Reddy Caste & Telangana Feeling is more & more, Some peoples are formed as group and they spoil new comers, Higher management also listening only that group words.

*Salary negotiations feel difficult, and pay doesn’t always match the amount of work. *Incentives are often delayed, which affects motivation. *There’s no proper appraisal system, so it’s hard to grow and be recognized for hard work.
