To be Frank, it was the worst experience in my professional life, the only school where I was really stressed and was usable to balance the professional and personal life. There is 0 job security- the principal's statement ("we could not bid farewell to many teachers for either they get terminated or go on their own ")during a teacher's farewell, reiterates what I mentioned earlier. They give you good salary, but it's wise to work in an any other institution for a longer period even if salary is bit low. Work environment is terrible. Please don't apply there.
