...scribed in detail.they have only arbitrary policies, changes whenever they want.also salary mentioned in offer letter not matches with actual salary you get. on an average 4-5 months salaries are pending, and if you resign you will not get those pending salaries as per company policies they decide person to person and time to time. 5-6 years of PF are pending of few of employees.you have to struggle hard to get your pf gratuity bonus pending salaries back. Lack of professionalism by HR.

Company gives opportunity to people who work in company.also provide good career growth in future.the teammates were very good who always helpful in difficult condition.

Company recruiting the good people's and drag them into bad people's. Design department have some people's which don't help project engineers. Design old people's don't work but they always keep updating to owner negatively about good people's. No job security / any time they can fire.

The person learn lots of new things and new ideas if the person have some little knowledge about the fabrication.

Company culture is very bad no one have common sense how talk with employees and how will behave with the employees. Specialy Mr. Saniraj pise

No work life balance, 12-14 hrs Work compulsory, HR management Very poor. No work satisfaction, no any curriculum activities which improves our skills, unplanned activities, No encouragement to employees, No facilities to employees, no talking manners to higher management, unskilled top management. Weekly off working compulsory.
