It really very good hospital .The staff are very frankly all the dept.are very nice there was lots of things to learn and the salary is also too good . This hospital is NABH and some of the branch are also under JCI accredited .You value become more when you work there .I love to work and learn many things from Rainbow .Thank you being a part of my life career .

... of the employee is not taken into consideration. There is no job security here. Sometimes it is announced that we are giving you one month's salary, don't come from tomorrow. And here salary and promotion also happens only to those people who do sycophancy.

Good work culture and team mates are cooperative,. The technology manager above are well supportive and well knowledgeable. The head of the information technology has good grip on maintening team work culture. Appraisals are average. Policies are very good and well maintained. Campus is new and well settled in the heart of the city. Views from outsider's like patient is excellent. Many people like to join this organization due to it's financial position i.e strong financial.
