I like nothing in railways contractual work.

... days only working and there is no increment in salary and my salary is only rs.10000 in railways and no extra benefits in doing night duties and festive season work and no bonus,no increment,nothing is there in railway lobby contract basis work.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't adress our issues.were, salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

I can't say in words love this job and my dad dream also a government job but he was not live so I want to full fill my dad dreams why because one local m l a was cheated my dad so I want full fill my dad dreams any post in railway that sat

Every thing is perfect and we can see beautiful nature from train but one some people travel without ticket I don't like that bleady guys rail is a big net work even dho every thing is perfect
