Railtel was just a company to provide services to customer by order but salary package was very bad and probably it wasn't suitable position of my life because I'm very interested to work at corporate or business management companies ,

I never get disappointed by the company or co workers or team because I had my own decision to move forward to learn how other companies are stands for ,

.....like team management,technical analysis,work in telecom related all equipment.but only one thing is that totaly bad salary growth

No new skill development provided by company. No appraisel No Increment No working time No personal time for ourself Only 1 leave is available in month, if i take another one salary will be deducted

...e good. I enjoy to work here. During lockdown we attend office alternative days. In our company they provide us every year salary hike.

Good package for fresher. You can enhance your skills on L1 and little bit of l2 levels

If you take stand for your self they start pressuting you other wise. All the reporting managers are good some time baad if you don't give your output perfect. Sometime you give your output but they don't see due to others mistake your have to listen.
