Incentives are not paid & it is a history in Rahi that none of the variable pay is being paid. I suggest & recommend not to join Rahi any one who is working in working in OEM company as none of the commitments would be honoured in terms of strategies & the variable pay committed to you. Once the required targeted info is extracted from you from your experience that's the end of it.

HR policies are against the employee benefits. Policies are not on paper, sudden changes being implemented through email by HR head. All the policies are against the employees satisfaction. As per name it’s only MNC but culture is like small firm

i was work there between June-19 to Nov-19. within this period my position was change from Technical associate to Implementation Lead-connectivity. i was completed small projects with own knowledge. i want to learn sales process so i ask to senior for the training's. it's difficult to say that suddenly they separate due to Lack of business. in my job period final reimbursement also not paid because of manager doesn't knows about project details. If you want more success don't join ever in there.

nothing, very slow sales it take 2 weeks to give PO to clients.

Ridiculous Company, i never suggest any one to join, they dont have business, i have only worked for 5 months and i was told there is no business in mumbai location, and they have not settled my reimbursement ate my 11k, bad experience. Not Recommended

Work life is not balanced. Appreciation in terms of materialize way or Any degree of communication is not present. Hard work is really hard to make it an eye Apple pie.
