No Extra Concession in Holidays, if u work holiday u get nothing. 07. 02 month notice period 08. supervisor is treated as a manger and engineer treated as a supervisor because of non technical cm 09. no team work,

...ees maximum of the time. Job security is Good. Many Projects are here right now. Salary timely and support of Directors is always there. One of the best and reputed organization in Kolkata.

Dislikes

... need candidates from mega projects not from Big companies with small projects. Flexibility and humanity or human hand to be involved in office/HO timings when now a days Other organization is sharing profit with their employees here salary is deducting for minor late comings no valid concessions. In my opinion when count and deduct for late coming automatically by collecting data from machine they should pay extra for real overtime works.in the same process.

Working at Rahee HO offers you good work life balance. Also people within the organization is co-operative. Those who wants to work in Kolkata for their family obligation Rahee is a good option. The company is growing and management is doing good.

Dislikes

There is nothing much to dislike the company. Actually the company initially offers less amount of salary comparing the other cities in India. Most of the people joins the company with a lesser salary than what they were earning previously. Also the company is not that much system driven there dependency on some people and they take advantage of that. Need to improve this.

No limit ..!! No staff ..!! Salary is late for 3-4 months ..!! No fixed date of salary ..!! My wrost bad experience to work with this organisation..!! I suggest people to donot work here for better life ahead..!!

I worked on two projects with the organisation and feel very confident.. All the team mates and management are very friendly

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
