Dislikes

They want you to join in 10 days and there notice period is of 2 months. If you don't serve complete notice period they will not pay you your notice period salary. Top management is corrupt.

overall work experience was good, No politics on site level. freedom of work is not appreciated, Salary always maters for everyone and want more from current, but its secondary, main thing is management knows everything but does not willing to implement.

Work environment is very good and wonderful working platform. Overall the company culture is excellent. All staffs are helpful & good behaviour. HR team is very active to care about staffs.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
