Good Skill Development and Learning opportunites. My team is so coperative and supportive. Directly reporting to the directer of the company.

Overall it's a good experience but Salary and Benefits are not that great.

Lower class company . Doesn't give any growth to employees.

Company don't think about their employees and very bad leader ship and lot of pressure of sales , cost cutting , salary cut if target is not achieved, from the first month of job, very bad hr manager

Nothing. Very Bad behavior of local staff towards me. As i came from Delhi to Agra. Politics in every department. LALA type Company.

Dislikes

I learned a lot from the company that how to misbehave, How to play politics, Boss is not coming office and only making zoom meetings and every one is saying " Yes sir" on that meeting. Very unprofessional persons are there. Un knowledgeable senior staff is there. they are eating PAAN and Tabaco every time and spitting on the dustbins in front of you and everywhere. Heavy penalties paying company due to lack of knowledge of the local staff.

I like the behaviour of whole staff and atmosphere. Flexible timing, supportive seniors and they are ready to stand beside you in all the situations.
