...tever they give we need to take 3 status meeting per day They is no standards.. anytime anything they can change No work life balance Treating like a slave HR team very good in salary negotiations.. during joining i dont know about the salary standards… they gave me near to fresher salary now i am having more that 5years … 3 years experience employees getting the same No job security You will not get time to learn or develop your skill

There are some good teams where you'd wanna work and learn but internal politics hinder you from shifting or takes months before you've squeezed out whole at the current team. Good place for people used to or interested in politics.

Dislikes

... become one of them, "We're Family, but wrong place to find money", as they say. Compensation: Policies, benefits, CTC and things agreed upon before joining are often changed few months in, which are non-negotiable. Career Growth: Not recommended for young professionals seeking to grow their career, as the environment is not conducive to development. Lack of exposure, opportunities and fixated skills which would render useless when switching. Management: Lot of mismanagement the VPs aren't aware of. Poor onboarding experience in terms of learning and exposure of new hires.

We will get high work and salary as well, Radisys is good option, if you are okay to takeup good amount of work with good salary. You will all the chances to learn new technologies here. Manager support is good. 2 days work from office hybrid model. Free food & snacks

Work life balance is very good. Hybrid work (2 days work from office) No office politics understanding managers and helping colleagues. Flexible working hours

Salary can be better. No appraisal since last 2 years. food and parking components getting deducted from salary . (It should be optional and the quality of service is not worth the deductions).
