Do NOT work better. The CEO Deepak Aggarwal is trying to ride on the shoulders on his esteemed father, Dr Shri RS Aggarwal, and he does not know nuts about what he's doing. He's using the crores of Rupees that Dr Shri RS Aggarwal gets, in the process, he's in a legal fight with his blood brother (imagine fighting with your blood brother for money), and he's pretending to run a publishing house because in his community (he's a baniya), his kids won't get married unless and until he has a "business". He's a fake all the way and he doesn't care about his team a bit.

Dislikes

I used to work there, bit Deepak Aggarwal-and his wife--who thinks she's a goddess of reasoning are a bit too much to put up with. More than his writing and publication skills, he's interested in preaching about his dad's contacts, on the top of the list is the now-Jailed corrupt politician, Satyendra Jain of AAP.
