Likes

Working with Radhika Singh was my terrible experience so far. She is absolutely nonsense and have the tendency of ruining the life of every junior working under her. No appraisal or work life balance. If somebody planning to join her then my suggestion is don't join otherwise you will be the ultimate sufferer.

Dislikes

I did not like anything working with her. You cannot learn things. No exposure at all. Junior advocate or legal associate are being treated as law clerks or below that. You will not be allowed to go outside for having a cup of tea also neither they would provide you with a cup of quality tea. You will not be allowed to talk to front office staffs. You have to seat in the back office and she will assign some rubbish work which will not help you in learning anything. Moreover the toilets which are there for office use are also unhygienic. And lastly she is an extremely interfering lady and she can go to any limit to destroy your career. If reading all these you are planning to join this lady then join at your own risk.

Its a terrible place to work at.. there is no scope for any growth.. the Owner treat her employees as slave.

Dislikes

The boss/ owner makes the office as a jail. The employees can't go out for refreshments even.. She is the most unprofessional person ever. She does not let her employees to grow in the career.
