Salary not on time working month is 26 to 25 and salary credited on next month of 20 date means you allmost 25 days wait to previous salary. Also there is no overtime people doing work upto night 1am also they telling sat sunday off but mep team needs some saturdays to work without any extra leave or payment.ultimetly you do work also on Saturdays.

PF AND TDS ARE NOT PAID ON TIME . Management is doggy when it’s come to commitment honouring . Post employment they stop reverting your mails and calls . After several follow up you will get the reply .

...vel to get you in their company and once you join, you are treated like a slave. have to fight for your salary. Top management doesn't know how to behave with their employees.

Work Culture is very bad The worst behavior of seniors and most seniors Bad workload Work time is more than the limit like 12-13 hrs+ daily The head of the concrete department is very bad and their way of talking to others is also very bad They did not give value to employees They will treat you like Mazdoor Management is lower than 3rd class Payment is not given on time
