Dislikes

They dnt have any rule or plan increment & promotion for non teaching non medical staff.No increament 3 years.They dnt respect anyone other than doctors, management behaviour is very bad with non medical staff.no matter how educated in your field they will not respect you.There is no growth for us.

Good working environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair.

Only thing i like about this place is its weather, mostly people will respect your position.like corporate hospital people are not always after you.Salary credited on time. peaceful atmosphere.
