Unprofessional manager. (Specific team and not all teams) Not much food options. (Not great for non-veg eaters) No Diwali bonus even after amazing sales record during 2023 ,Oct-Nov 2023.

No Promotion Mechanism No Hike Half of senior's are not have process knowledge and deep dive things Just basic work and go, sometimes I feel bad that i work with less knowledge people

Work life balance, will be hectic during events but rest of the time, there wont be much pressure

Senior VMs are overrated and hierarchy management is not as per talent. Management should listen to concerns of team members instead of their managers.

Culture, Unprofessional seniors (most of them but not all), no knowledge on basic etiquette, no knowledge on providing feedback.

Many things, i would have given 0 stars if needed. This company is shit and people like Category Managers and Vendor Managers are so stupid and dumb . No scope for process improvement, no scope for freedom of thought, no scope of freedom of leaves, no employee welfare at all. I am surprised to see so many people sitting in leadership position having superiority complex. Please avoid this company and save yourself some bad experience in life.
