...osmet know how to talk with the person. They don't even know how to communicate. Salary is not in time. Sometine salary is credit to 22nd of Every Month. Mostly Senoiur Chewing Tobacco during the Duty. Patathic work Culture. One of the Seniour Manager by the Name Dinesh yati he is very Hash to new Joining, he Jealous with new Managers. He doesn't know anything but doing politics on the Company and making problem for new joining. Guys don't join RK Ever.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. the fact that i ama a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality product.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. sometime , i have to work 14-18 hours straight ina day as i have to attend clients call in the eving and sometime late into the night.

It was near to my house and the salary was okay for that.

Dislikes

Workers of RK have to work for more than 10 hours and on week off days also and do not get any benefits from the company. Cannot manage work and life balance if you are working here.

It seemed that I did struck in uneducated atmosphere ,there is no future for educated person,who keep looking for growth while working in R.K associate ,I had some good experience of living life in a different level,over there.Still I wonder how people work there,under too much torture and all.but again if R.K associate work on their over all growth by considering about their employees also as well as..can set a good benchmark in India .you..Thanks
