Everything. Very rubbish & below class company in India. The tendency to not pay any kind of taxes also great for deducting staff salary. They main accounts in multiple way by multiple software so that they can easily steal govt. taxes. There are lot of cash transaction and they know very well how to turn black money to white. There is no such thing as an office culture and office timing like a shop. staffs salary also paid in cash so that they don't have to keep payroll, and black money also converted to white. Hats off Yash Karel and his Father.

There is proper structure for key roles, KPIs are given and weekly meetings are done on that. Clarity is there what to do and who will do. There is compulsory yearly appraisals. This is the best.

Worst company. Owner and his son yash karel dnt have talking manners they treat there employee as a shit. Everyday you have to work overtime nd no over time money is there. No sick leaves no paid leaves no esi facility. Worst company i have ever seen. No job security they will terminate you when ever they want without giving any notice period they terminate employees. They never gives job letter or offer letter so that they can terminate you easily and no paper evidence you have for them. They keep employees original documents so that he or she can not take any action. Beware of these fraud company.
