Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

Technical department are very bad and they are doing very bad politics specially mr alok singh and himanshu Sharma...so keep away from him

...ge softly and take work 24*7, if you will not go they will not ur attendance ...they stopped their salary by requesting to HR...very bad environment

No growth,like mentally ,physically, economically,no future.only spend your time as comfort zone take low salary like down labour.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Management are very culprit and playing game ... specially mr. Alok singh and himanshu Sharma they don't want to stay anybody's under him...they doing only politics. Even they are try to privately sale material to get some benefits.they are doing always fraud. They make company on third grade.make standard down.

I love the fact that I and part of a team that markets reliable, high- quality products and has global client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration.
