-The lead developer seems to block skilled people from joining the team to stay in the spotlight with management. This holds the team back because it stops fresh ideas and better collablration. It's more about their position than the team's success. -Poor workspace culture where certain employees interfare in other's performance reviews, downplay good work, and then claim credit for other's efforts. If the organization continues to throw money at these fools every year, instead of rewarding hardworking employees, no one would be bigger fool than them. -Some people abuses work-from-home privileges for silly reasons and stir up unnecessary drama when others aren't around. -Meeting often get dragged off-topic, making them longer than needed. -There's a tendency for some to swoop in at the last minute and claim the glory for other's hard work. -There's no dedicated HR, making it difficult to get official documents or handle HR related matters efficiently.

Dislikes

1) Job security is very poor, the CEO prefers to keep the strength small. Hence, when they hire new employee they also look to fire one. 2) Less salary and more work. And less chances of giving satisfactory hike. 3) sometimes the deadlines for project are very small and you get very little time to optimise your code.
