During Covid they sacked 70% employee and did 50% pay cut for remaining employee and once back to normal they didn't revise the salary also

its the best co to work.i am working here from 1.5 year . nd completely timely salary.yea target z there nd a little bit pressure z there but for dat also co pays an exellent incentive structure. if u can handel pressure its a heaven for u it depends how u proves ur talent. for me its a best co

If u bring sales u day is good else scolding from the manager then they will treat you for the salary if you are not achieving the target Bad politics, exp people are removed infrount of my eyes with silly reasons because of hikes

... company chair man Pranay sir. 🙏 The company has insurance for each employee. Salary will get credit on every end of the month. Good office building and cafeteria and garden. Good and friendly staff . Office time is good since in all domestic company you get rarely works in general shift this company has that advantage.

Process shut down without any prior notice and not give composition of 3 month salary but rest all was good.

Quikr company is good but 40% employees are very bad . They are doing only politics.

...y. Finance department is very bad they don't have manar to talk with employee. They will pay very less and less hike. 45 hr every week you have to complete if you will not maintain then your MR they will ask lots of questions. 1 month 1 wfh option. Leave policy is very bad they will give only 1.75 earn leave for every month. Zero sick leave. Cafeteria foods are not a good. Just ok . Higher level politics comes into lower level. Developers are supporting to each other's like junior and seniors. Higher levels blaming to lower level every time.
