Managers tourture and poor appraisals, poor salary, poor compensation and benifits, less amount for shift working peaple, poor appraisal process and lot of office politics, if asked for the reason for not giving appraisal no one is taking responsibility and who are working are poor fellows

...be stuck in workflows where you will have to work on Data entry/Data checking. For freshers and 1-3 years experienced folks they offer very less salary. On top of that, increment is also very low. Also, the FOOD! It's the worst! Specially if you are a vegetarian from North India.

The company offers a good on-site recurring opportunity which ensures that an employee is fairly motivated compensated sporadically. In addition the interaction with customers is direct which helps boosts one’s confidence and enhances communication and interpersonal skills. The hierarchy is straightforward.

... only think of surviving in this brutal economy (company situated in Bangalore). It employs a majority of retired naval, airforce, army, DRDO officers who receive pension above the high salary that they draw in quest. Due to this the execution level and other employees suffer. Switching between projects is a nightmare as the manager will never agree to it (can understand as he has invested in training the subordinate). New learning takes a toll due to the aforementioned. Also, quest does not identify talent rather duration of work. It is also reluctant to adopt newer better processes which is why they fail in many aspects (automation predominantly). At last I would like to say that one should have a spine to deal with customer and not bend the knee whether they are right or wrong. Training their employees like this will only lead to failure in competency development.

My mistake was to leave TCS and join here for a little high salary. Here there is 0 job security. Luckily my project is not closed. So I am not sent to bench. Otherwise like most of my friends I too would have lost the job. Need to look for a good company once this pandemic gloom is over!! Only good point is my teammates

It was a difficult time, our managers tried best to keep the team. But due to the current situations, it is difficult to keep up the people without work. Higher management is trying to let go maximum number of people.

Dislikes

Salary hike is low. I was in a very good team, so for me work was fun and good. There are others who have bad experiences as well. So it depends.
