No Skill Development. Salary hike is very minimal. No promotions here, as the core team has already occupied all good positions. Company status remains the same from last 9 years and no growth at all.

It's not a good company to work in. Zero management employees are treated as unpaid employees. No benefits given at all. Being a fintech it feels like working in call centre as they are not able to set a proper workflow.

Their management, no up-scaling if you're working here. The work culture is like a government office, it can make you lose your ambitions.

Employees have been given work from home, the gear for the work from home was immediately out into place. Management is concerned about the well being of the employee and safety guidelines have been issued to the employees

Dislikes

Qp needs a leader, they are doing pretty well. The founders are really good with their work and take care of responsibilities pretty well. A lack of leader can be felt.
