Nothing. I worked as a videographer in quantum gully and I hated every second of it. They'd try to impress you with thier high profile events and parties . They'd exploit you telling that you'd get exposure if you work for them. And you niether get exposure nor money because they wont even give you your own hard earned money.

Dislikes

They wont give you salary. They tell you that salary distribution happens on 10th of every month. Then you have to keep begging them till 22nd or 23rd then only they give you your salary. And They did not even give me my salary when I worked really hard for them just because I got infected with covid 19. I contracted covid in April and they did not give me my March's salary. Even though I begged them for weeks.

Likes

Quantum Gully had good work environment with supportive teammates. Work hours were flexible and the management was really understanding of the situation and we're very supportive.

Dislikes

Though I had a good experience in Quantum Gully, UI UX team size was quite small. So the sprints and brainstorming sessions were very limited. So I would like to work with mind sized team.

Firstly, the people at Quantum Gully are one of the most amazing groups of people I have come across. They are all young skilled individuals working with passion and happiness which creates a great positive work culture. You get to learn a lot as an intern about digital marketing, how different industries could utilize digital marketing to their maximum benefit and help them achieve those.
