Many like Salary & Benifit, appraisal, Job Security, Micro Management. MD do not know the all team work but they want reporting in per ticket level. However ticket is not applicable in all case.

The practice leaders are approachable, understanding and empathetic.

Dislikes

Favouritism is at it's peak. Salary or increment is not also upto the mark. Scope of learning is at it's bottom. Hence, scope of growth is also stagnant.

My journey in developing custom applications using SAP ABAP with RAP and CDS has been both challenging and rewarding. Can work on upskilling skillset of consultants by content specific seminars and courses.

I have received my first recognition this quarter for my hard work in my organization. It's reassuring to see my hard work and dedication is being acknowledge and rewarded in the organization. It feels not just like personal achievement but also a reflection of the positive and supportive work environment in my organization. It's a reminder that, I'm in a place where hard work is genuinely valued and every challenge is an opportunity to grow.
