There is not a single good thing to say about this worst company.

...Most of the people are on bench, learning new tech like flutterflow, ccai ext. Very bad and worst management, they hire a people with high salary it's a trap for every hard working employees because is there no project they fired with 30 min of call. They don't know how to run a business. They are buy good company award to showcase. Even you are high performer of the quarter or a year they will fire if they have not project in hand. Ryt now the situation is worst, so plz don't join a company.

...Projects are not delivered with quality because of inexperienced resources -Salary structure is not good as variable component is high -There are no good projects, most of the projects are pilot/POC -Old employees have takeover the organisation and act rude. -Old employees have taken positions of so called leaders of the organisation and have no idea how to deal with clients to get some good projects instead of pilot projects -They have flexible shift timings as you have to work for 16 hours and rest 8 hours is supposed to be for sleep -Have to complete org initiatives which is annoying -Have to work on atleast 3 projects at a time -You have to say “Whats up!” everytime when someone looks at you while you roam around in office because you know everyone and everyone knows you -You have to take laptop in your one hand and have to run towards meeting room as there will be lot of calls to attend. -Your calender would have no space left to schedule any other meetings, as it is already filled. -Canteen is full with people at lunch time

1. Industry standard salary. 2. Good Learning curve. 3. They encourage for Cloud certifications(free). 4. Data-driven projects.

Dislikes

1. Terrible work-life balance. 2. Hire and fire policy. 3. Managers have a God complex. 4. Cafeteria was a joke. Terrible and close to zero food options.

Appraisals, promotion, salary hike Hr not responsive. No job security. If u work hard, it's good for you, don't bother any appreciation from management. They need only folks who can talk more and work less.

...iphi as a company is giving a good compensation as compared to others in market. The freshers package is really good. There are quarterly parties, no micro management specific to my project.

Dislikes

Are more client oriented. Could be a project issue where we never say no to client. Laterals are hired but yearly hikes are between (5-9%) which is nt really fair. Freshers who joined at 8LPA would get either get 10,20 or 30 % hike and in few years would reach closer to 3 years experience guy as he is a lateral who joined and is getting less hike.
