New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Pedha bokka e company, Only +ve is there are no exact shift timings because we have to work (24*7)

Dislikes

Went with lot of expectations but sick.

Dislikes

No Job Security. Doesn’t have proper management skills on how to treat employees. Doesn’t care about employees concerns. Simply terminate or move employees. Stressful work environment with no proper freedom to employees.

Nothing is good here never trust them.

Dislikes

HR sindhuja reddy said me to she has lots of work and getting delay in sending me the offer letter so asked me to resign from my current organisation so i can join their fast but after 10 days she came back and said offer is in hold. I literally got shocked and shattered. Never ever trust them.
