The work environment is marred by favoritism, evident in the preferential treatment given to certain individuals based on their caste and connections. Additionally, politics and personal vendettas dictate decision-making, with those in power playing games to undermine those they dislike. Furthermore, the lack of support from clients, coupled with their unprofessional behavior, exacerbates the challenges faced by the team. It's concerning to see clients prioritizing personal relationships over professionalism, as evidenced by one client who elevates the importance of their spouse above all else. Overall, the prevailing atmosphere at Quality Kiosk is one of stagnation and disillusionment, with little room for growth or recognition based on merit.

Appraisals and salary benefits. When team work and give justification towards work then I feel injustice when they get low salary and appraisals.

Working at QualityKiosk technologies, has lead to increase in my knowledge and expertise in specific domain. Job security is the best here, even in the pandemic situation not a single employee was laid off, instead appraisals were given to all employees.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Projects are not assigned even if employee is ideal.

There is nothing about to like at which department i have worked only stress and no one were supporting. One of the worst IT companies in India.
