...ompany has no vision and mission just a machinery of begging money from clients. Never think of good salary and appraisal is a joke. Never ever stay here more than 2 years. If you are in bench then ugly and brainless HR will ask you to resign or threat you for termination.

Work life balance is zero, here one person doing 3-4 person work also job security is zero , if they not need you then Suddenly hr calling you and force to submit the paper

Company is fraud give fraud salary package deduction not said hr and nitin menon SFC manager is from bpo background don't have knowledge of IT sector due to this person every one absconded but manager is supportive to him because of business don't go to his team

Its good place where your seniors and managers help you at any time , But you will have lots of work pressure and they will not help you on that.

What they said while joining , they didn't keep the words. If you have any medical emergency also you need to complete your NP , if you failed you need to pay Loss of NP compensation.

Overall its good organization specially for Freshers. If you are lucky you will get chance to work on multiple projects. Learning is always there for every projects & domain. It's depend on you in which domain your more interested. Environment is good , Work timings depend on your projects and task.

Salary compensation is not good specially who are doing good and deserve for there organization.Hectic This thing should be need to improve in coming years.
