...d company for new comers, experience holder should never join this organization. Don't resign just take salary and vanish away. However this is very unprofessional way but it's the best suit for this company.

Jack of all trade expert of none. Focus mainly on money. Lots of work pressure. More of a zoo less of an organisation. It's not a MNC just a tag of it.

...e decisions on your strategy, plan the things, execute and bring in the revenue. Although salary was very low, but one should understand that business all over the globe are down in the current times....and will take some time to bounce back. I worked in Delhi, and all the senior management upto the Managing Director are very friendly, approachable and grounded ! My former colleagues - hard working, open to learn new innovative ways and think out of the box and are easy to be guided....and yes, learning never stops (even for me too !)

...loyees is very bad. They behave like labour of an engineer in Design Department. no pay more after giving time to QACA organization after a year, they still treat like you are not gaining or not earn any knowledge while the trun of salary increment.

... not notified in advanced (you might have to usuallytravel in general bogies). No career growth, no salary increments But you can get leaves whenever you want.(after 6 months). No festival or performance bonus. No work life balance, no stability. You will have to contact technicians if sites who are very rubbish takking. Too much confusion due to miscommunication between your superiors.
