Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

i get placement from my collage to that company .

Dislikes

They give over time without salary and give one day off.but if apply leave they didn't give and postponed our leave request and difficult to get leave for urgent .

Only batter for 10th pass to 12th pass people. Not for engineers.

Dislikes

It have any drawback They are give the salary for b.tech candidates 13K CTC and there is no job security... In quality department MR. Jayarama Pradhan think don't grow any one because his job is come in danger zone when someone learn more then him.. so do a security guard job but not join QH Talbros. Its my opinion...
