Some accomadation camps provided by qcon the food quality is very low and not hygiene. They have to focus on this .

There Is So Much Of internal Politics And Very Slow growth rate Salary is Also Very Less offered compared to other organizations Only 3 Hours of Overtime instead of 4 Accommodation is Ok ok Transport same for all Labor, offiers, supervisors All are in same bus Food Only South indian Taste

Qcon is flourishing with loads of opportunities and so welcomes everyone from almost all corners of the world. I had a good work experience and workplace culture irrespective of whatever the nationalities. I also saw a good culture of people being appreciate for their work contribution as well.

Dislikes

We expect salary hike as per the experience...also accommodation is expected to be a bit convenient... facilities for employees to keep thems entertained and fit. Also free food for people working for long job is expected. Also I seek life insurance benefit for the fact that people have to work in sensitive and risky workplaces.

Salary will be paid on time. Compliance to safety is good. Clinic is available at site. And those who need consultation by a physician will be referred to company clinic in HO.

Some camps aren’t good and there’s no guarantee you will end up in a good one or not.

Good company. Payment,salary are correct and accurate. Companies policy is good. Qcon is one of the best company in qatar. I enjoyed working there. I can learn lot of things from there.

Company need to focus to managing employees in a good manner while doing shutdown. Shutdown have lot of employees. Lot of queues for paper work, training, food etc. This rush will difficult for employees. Please arrange and execute that in a good manner
