Work life balance is pretty decent and it mostly depends on team and client as it is service based company

Dislikes

As it is service based company so like other service company the salary and other benefits are bad and getting an increment is like getting an headache for next 4 month after work anniversary as there and there is no skill development here they only works on old tech stack and not interested on adopting new one.

You have to work like donkey. There is no skill initiative program. You are treated like only resource. No learning no social life.

NO career growth. Forgot about timely salary approval. HR is like dumb and he don't know anything whats going on in the company.

The HR Rajeeb Biswas is a lier, he never stand by his words. No Professionalism. No one else will be there to support you in case of any problem. Limited career growth opportunity.

Q3 have lots of project on latest technology and some are running for a very long time. so if you want to work on different technology and improve this would be a better place for you.

appraisals are slow process , no oraganised work from management and hr people.

In every sense the experience of working with Q3 Technologies was good .. I worked more than 3 years with Q3 Technologies .. I learnt many things related to CMM level quality process and latest automation testing technologies that were very beneficial to increase my work experience and career growth.. Overall I will say working at Q3 Technologies, was positive and great :)

100% satisfaction of working at Q3 from my point of views and thoughts.. I have no dislikes for Q3 technologies because suggestions could not be dislikes.. and every fields need to be improved.
