This was a remote location job so if you are unmarried you can enjoy the new location every 6 month if you are married then it will be a problem

HR team worse than ever and they dorp the main work to a receptionist and his is very very arrogant and very foolish because he is not qualified for the job that had given him. Very bad experience to exit out.

High Office politics, No chance of promotions, and you cannot leave at 5:30......some special employees will say going on a half day....... Management does not involve in the improvement of organizational culture. Company management is like Gandhari who was a black cloth on the eyes and pretending to be blind.

Only thing what I liked was the space provided for the workstation and sitting arrangement

Everything was pathetic. Its a family owned business, owners are not ready to accept new ideas. If they say it is Night you have to say it is night else you will be in trouble.

They had an International and excellent Product range. Work Life balance was pretty good.

Decisions were with the owner. Innovation was just about copying designs. Work life balace was liberal. Too many strategies at same time. No testing, direct implementations. No job security. Unplanned and unethical terminations. Random growth, with random turn over. No spontaneous turn over of growth. Favouritism.
