Work Culture is very poor, politics is being played, Even worst part is that there is no job security at all, they can fire an employee at any stage.

ummm, they will hire 0 team members and you will have to do all the work solo, hence you learn out the art of multi-tasking

Forget that you will get any appraisal, any incentive, Its almost 1 year and my last salary due is still pending, Sad HR team, employee changes faster than 1 season intake, a lot of politics included, no holidays, just work monday to sat, 9 - 6 with, 30 mins lunch break, NO PF, No Insurance, No employee benefit. Keep on doing seminar without any sense. No Promotiosn No Job Security Sad Company Culture

Company is very good . Bhavnoor sir is very nice person and boss . Give salary and incentives on time. Overall company culture is good. I wish the company very best going forward. 👍👍

My overall experience was good in pyramid. But I had face problem regarding salary or promotion only. That is main thing for every employee. Some manager's are promote only employee's of their choice. Promotion is only depends upon their choice not on talent or knowledgeable person.

bhanoor bedi my first employer in india after my 6 years in overseas. he gave desired salary as required by me.

1. salary deductions are unauthorised, no time for lunch sometimes i have lunch around 5 in evening. agreements of work are pathetic. they take cheques as the security and applies without consent.

Some staff member and senior are good location is good.

...opeless and no future it's good for short term but if full term it spoil future.HR and other departments only ready to pull legs and grabbed staff salary and perks if any one ask they directly loss job.
