... not give form 16. I couldn't see any tax paid by this company in my pan number. I resigned on Feb but Feb month salary they didn't give yet. Still I am asking for it.hr says that they are working on it

Only benifit working with PurpleTutor is that it is work from home

Dislikes

The company culture is worst. Salary is not on time at all. No proper work profile, you will be shifted from 1 team to other constantly. No proper management. If you need help of HR, don't expect.

Nothing. It is a complete scam for both tutors and students.

Dislikes

They are frauds. They don't have a proper module to teach. they don't provide any certifications with STEM.org accreditation or they don't provide you 100+ worksheets as promised during trial sessions. They also make the tutors make false promises to the parents. They are just gold diggers, who just get all the possible money from the students and they don't even provide it to the tutors. It is all about the insiders. The management is terrible. The works culture is so toxic, that you might fell into anxiety disorder.

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
