There was nothing at all to like about this company, I worked about an year in this company..

Dislikes

I worked at this company for a year, and my experience was deeply disappointing. The work culture is extremely toxic, with no sense of job security. The heads and managers have a habit of intruding into employees' personal space, which leads to constant mental stress. Every minute is monitored to an exhausting extent, and there is absolutely no flexibility in work schedules. The environment here drains you emotionally and mentally, making it difficult to focus or grow. The team head, in particular, exhibits unprofessional behavior, often acting irrationally and creating a suffocating atmosphere for the team. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values their peace of mind or professional growth.

The organization provides you the opportunity to work independently and promote growth opportunities. It gives flexibility to share your ideas and work efficiently. Organization appreciates the talent and provide opportunity to grow in career. Focus on skill upgradation.

Dislikes

You have to work at fast pace to pick up the things. You have to be proactive most of the times. You can't work at your convenience but it is necessary for your learning and performance.

Rapid Growth Challenges: As the company experiences rapid growth, there have been moments of adjusting to the pace. Which is very challenging yet exciting at the same time. It gives so many more opportunities to learn and grow at the same time.

Dislikes

Management busy in politics and treats their employees like trash. There is alternative Saturday off thats also a scam it not for the back end department management create drama every time for open office on Saturday. Not having any overtime policy. Overtime as per management its for labour class that why it could not be done. But management treats employees unfairly

Job security and they follow thier own Rule against to the Policies. They do not give work experience letter. They forced to leave our job because they design all seasons category of their requirements. Then forced to regination.
