...litical place, resulting all the old and senior technical employees leaving. Also no salary standard as per the market rate is maintained. No board of management in place, decisions are imposed. No commitments towards end of service benefits

The company is open to give exposure with different segments of operations. The employee re-hire policy is very unique part and practiced in a very different way.

Dislikes

Compensation is not decent with the job role and responsibilities given. Increment/ Appraisals are not on time. Huge setback in the company culture. One- Man driven company with no board members or employee representative has no voice, command and understanding over the needs Of employees.

Likes

It is very good Company to beginners who want to express his career. It's work culture is very good anyone can be behave like a friend also his owner and it's Son are excellent in water treatment they are doing so much effort to company growth.

Dislikes

It' take engineering meetings at every week which can reduce our actual work hours and it' look like a very sensitive follow up.
