This is a good Company. We have been getting salary timely and also providing to us Bonus, PF & ESI as per govt. norms. Moreover, we have been availing leave facility as per Company norms for 27 days.

Dislikes

I want more salary which is not possible through annual increment in my present concern. This is the main fact.

Only the Reporting Boss (RSM) was supportive

No Managerial Support. Policy keeps on changing. No proper managerial decision. Management provides Fake commitment to channel partners They sacks performer employees without any proper reason. Full of office politics. Torturing employees mentally at the name of targets and achievements are common. No HR policies

Only Reporting RSM was good so as GM Branding was good.

No policy Office politics Mr Ranjit Singh was the worst boss. They made people worked at field at the time of pick covid. Sacked more than 50% performer employees without any notice period during pandemic. Didn't provided Medical allowance at the time of hospitalization. Worst culture and wants to apply Britishers rules to employees

1. Family room should be availabe in more quantity and large length. 2. Play ground shoud be inprovement. Otherwise everythings is batter.

Worst managent. Lots of politics and no Proper policy. No growth. No HR to handle employees issue. Poor increment policy. Politics of Management ruins subordinate's career. Zero job security.
