I have been working near about 03 years of this company here's s a great job of doing my official work here compairly other companies. The whole staff members doing any job as a team work that's a good thing not individually.

Dislikes

Salary program. Otherwise everything is good. Your job is not to get salary according to your position and work. It's painful

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the facts that i am a parts of team that market reliable high quality produ2and has a global base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work work pressure is very high. Somtimes, I have to work 14 hours straight in a day as i ha9to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Likes

I'm happy the fact that i was part of the site team as a result of which there were good learnings.

Dislikes

Compensation is pretty low and there are no increments / promotions. Even after working for almost 2+years, there was not even a point where I had received a bonus (which is actually a part of the profit and not from CTC).

Very good work place. Salary likely too good and give timely.no politics. Very good accommodation.

Dislikes

All teammates are behave friendly. Training are like too good in all work place. Like safety and welfare.

My job is secured and safe there is no any tension about the job all due to my working.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
